Powercore provides bespoke LV switchgear solutions engineered around a flexible modular design system, allowing each assembly to be tailored to the exact requirements of the project and installation environment.

From protection devices and forms of separation to access arrangements and cable management, every solution is designed to deliver reliability, safety, and long-term performance.

Our systems are manufactured in accordance with IEC/EN 61439 standards, with short-circuit withstand ratings up to 120kA for 1 second and current ratings up to 6300A. Assemblies can be configured up to Form 4 Type 7 and are available with fixed, withdrawable, or plug-in circuit breakers depending on operational and maintenance requirements.

Powercore solutions are available in a wide range of layouts including in-line, back-to-back, L-shaped, and U-shaped configurations, with both top and bottom cable entry and exit options. Systems can be designed for front-access only or front-and-rear access, while also remaining fully extensible from one or both ends for future expansion.

Every assembly undergoes comprehensive in-house testing prior to delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and dependable performance across critical power applications.
